The Advisor

An old man in a cave -- with the help of a cell phone and an Internet connection -- dispenses questionable advice to those who seek him out. Despite the dubious nature of his advice, the man's fame, nevertheless, has grown. A reporter, hoping for an interview, visits The Advisor and sets off a farcical and eventually tragic series of events. Dealing with themes of sex, money and power, the Advisor takes a no nonsense look at our need for appropriation and our ability to rationalize our own choices and behavior.
